I have always been pleased with my interactions with Mr. Walker's office but one of his agents, Juan Dalbagni, deserves special recognition. I have spoken with Juan on multiple occasions regarding different policies and he has consistently provided superior customer service. Juan is knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally articulate. He always takes the time to present and explain my options without making me feel rushed or like he has another call waiting. I hope Mr. Walker knows what an asset Juan is to his agency. If I was still practicing law, I would be proud to have Juan working with me.
