Who the hell does that?!!! Both my husband and I are disabled and this caused a lot of unnecessary grief. Even if someone asked you to do this for whatever reason, you should have known better than to follow through!
- AGAnaSofia GrandeJun 4, 20181.0I hired them before so I decided to hire them again since I thought they did a good job so when they showed up to do the job they looked at it and said they would call back but never did until I called back, they informed me that the job was too much for them. I wish they would have told me that when they gave me the estimate so I would not have wasted time. I advice you to check your property after they are done with the job because they damaged my yard and roof the first time I hired them but didn't noticed until after since I trusted them to be honest and professional so now I am more aware. They are not proffessional and are not honest so please be careful when you do business with them!

- JRJ RobinsonMay 7, 20165.0I called Frank's last winter (2015) to limb up two huge pine trees that hang over my house. And I mean huge, takes three people to hold hands around them. Franks waited until ground was frozen, laid down thick rubber tracks to protect my yard from the cherry picker (Big, Big Trees), and made quick work of the job. Frank called me before they were done so I could check out their work before they were done. I quickly left work to inspect the job before they left. I requested a few extra branches be removed; They did so quickly with no questions asked and no add on the the original quote which was competently fair. I recommend anyone requiring tree service call Frank's for a quote. Joe
