  Frank and Bobby did exceptional work and managed to fit my semi-emergency job into their already full schedule. I know I will be calling them again if I have any future electrical problems!

  Bobby and Ray did a great job addressing my electrical needs. The attic fan was repaired and several other jobs done. They were great to work with. My only issue is with scheduling and communication prior to that. First I was cancelled due to an emergency which is understandable. But then, I was given the wrong date even after I said the date didn’t work for me and another date was agreed to. Most recently, I was told the tech would come between 8:30-9:30 but the system sent me notification yesterday that my appointment is 9:30-10:30. I didn’t hear anything until 11:30 that the tech was on the way. The office was closed and I couldn’t find out anything. I spoke with Frank Mineo after they arrived and he apologized and said they are swamped.

We recently hired Frank Mineo Electric for a major electrical project at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. Their team upgraded our electrical panel, installed new outlets and added a car charger in the garage. They also set us up with a whole-house generator — and every part of the job was done with care, professionalism, and precision. From the start, Frank and his crew were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in clear, honest terms. They made great recommendations, worked efficiently, and kept everything on schedule. The team was respectful, neat, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.
