  Very poor response to a CAD drawing I sent them of a workbench I requested a quote on. Their design did not even include the elements contained in my CAD submission. They did not insert one horizontal support over an 80” x 36” work surface and lower storage table which were in the design I sent. I estimate they left out 150" of extrusions INCLUDED in my CAD or required to support the workbench and storage surfaces. I would not rely on them to provide the basic structural support needed even when you identify it yourself in a drawing and the project requirements and uses require it. And their response.. “we tried to incorporate the elements you wanted”. Not even the support for a large workbench top! Designing and insuring structural strength is an integral part of their business. FOLLOW UP TO RESPONSE FROM "OWNER"/ "FRAMING TECH TEAM". I sent the owner an email before I made this review with an object review of their "design" response. In the owner's email response to me, he acknowledged not one shortcoming or failure nor made any offer to "reach out". Rather it was just a defensive reply void of any comment about any failures and omissions. Not even an apology. "We would like to know what went wrong." Laughable. It was all in the email sent to the owner directly. I did not submit this review a month ago when I got his design quote. The owner now (30 days latter) requested "feedback" because I hadn't responded to it. The nature of his response to my email with the feedback he solicited is what prompted me to make this review.

  Came here to pickup a small order I placed online and the boss lady was nice enough to show us around and explain some of the different profiles, panels, and connectors. Needless to say, I wanted everything there! I’m sure I’ll be back when I figure out what to build next!

  On my second order with this company and so far the quantity of the products and service received has exceeded my expectations. My aluminum profiles arrived quick and well protected. Great work!

  Customer service was very helpful. They offered advice on their products and every order came in great condition. Calling does work a bit more effectively than email at times.

  Been a loyal customer for years. Always paid with check up front. EVERY order was delivered with a lift gate. Last order for some unknown reason was not. Had 3 appointment to deliver cancelled. Framing tech 's lower mangement tells me that in some email years ago, I told them that I did not need a list gate. Makes ZERO sense. They were trying to cover their screw up. Called owner and he mocked me for not having a loading dock. Found new supplier with better pricing. Poor service.
