  Unfortunately disappointing. We dropped off two paintings to be framed and waited about a month for them to be completed. When we went to pick them up, only one painting was returned, and the store still has not been able to locate the second one. It has now been two months since we initially dropped them off. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of the company’s Happiness Guarantee — we were able to receive a refund for the missing piece. While I appreciate that policy, the overall process was disorganized, and communication throughout was lacking. Although the process was easy, I will not be returning to Framebridge in the future.

  So happy we have a frame bridge in town! I would never have picked the blue frame without the awesome staff’s help!! Love how these cyanotype prints turned out! Recommend 10/10

  Mercedes at the Walnut Hill Framebridge has been amazing to work with! I had a huge wall and had over 30 photos framed for my eclectic gallery wall. She helped me choose frames and matting for all of my favorite photos. Mercedes was also meticulous in her quality check as each piece arrived at her store. I couldn't be happier with the process and would definitely recommend Framebridge!!!
