  I had the worst experience trying to get a marathon medal framed at the Summit location. I went in store and spoke to an associate, and the rendering that was sent to me in my email confirmation matched the description I gave. However, a few weeks later the item was sent to my house and elements were not secured down to the backing so I had to bring it back into the store. Furthermore, the design did not match the rendering that was sent to me. I received the item again incorrect, and brought it to a different location. I spoke to the associate at the new location and settled the design. However, when I received the item, it looked the same as before. I was showed communication between the warehouse and the summit location who answered questions and completely changed the design without my consent when they were not the ones I had most recently communicated with. I don’t understand what would possess them to do that. Why would they approve designs they are no longer working on and approve them incorrectly? To make matters worse, the ribbon of the medal is ripped and completely ruined now. It has taken multiple months to complete this project incorrectly every time.

  Excellent experience and stand-out customer service. Jay and Emily went above and beyond helping me on a framing project. Highly recommend going to the store and seeing everything in person.
