Can’t say enough good things about Framebridge! The staff, especially, Benji, were extremely helpful and patient with me as I looked at all the different frame and mat options. They gave great advice and seemed just as excited as I was about the process! The best part, my artwork turned out beautifully!

My first time trying Framebridge today. I brought in a photograph to be framed. After a bit of a wait I worked with a sales associate to start the process of picking out a frame and a matting for my piece. The person I was working with honestly did not seem very knowledgeable about framing, but I was able to find a frame and matting that looked good with my piece - probably took 20-30 minutes. However, after I was all set with my choices the associate measured my piece and said the frame I chose wasn’t available for the size of my piece. It was kind of frustrating that they didn’t know that when I was picking it in the first place. I asked what my options were then for the size of my piece and they brought out a lacquer frame (I had chosen a natural wood grain frame) because it was a similar color. I don’t think those options are similar at all - lacquer is a totally different vibe and style to natural wood grain. Then, they said they could frame my piece with the frame I chose but without matting. Again, I think framing something with and without matting are two totally different vibes, which should be obvious to folks who specialize in framing. If I wanted to put it in a frame without matting, I would buy a $20 frame from Target. I ended up leaving without getting the piece framed. It was a total waste of time and I feel like the experience would’ve been way better if the employee was knowledgeable about framing from the get go.

I’ve ordered from Framebridge online a few times and have been very happy with the quality each time, but yesterday was my first time going in-store. Needless to say, my already high expectations were exceeded by the excellent customer service experience I had. Emily helped me out and she was awesome on all fronts. I had three pieces to frame and she helped me come up with perfect frame/matte combination for each. She was extremely patient as I had her walk through several options. She was transparent about the price differences, and never tried to steer me towards the more expensive option for the sake of up-charging. She kept my goals for each piece at the front of her mind, and made well-thought out suggestions whenever it seemed appropriate. I highly recommend shopping at Framebridge in-store if you can. The experience is unmatched!!!

I have had a few pieces framed with Framebridge but this was my first time going in person. Brandy (I think that's how she spelled her name!) helped me out and was wonderful. She definitely has a creative eye which was super helpful because I wasn't sure where to start. She helped me pick two frames for some very cherished pieces, and they both arrived this week. They turned out beautifully.

I cannot overstate how profoundly disappointing my experience with Framebridge has been. What should have been a simple, meaningful project—framing a piece of art for my son’s nursery—turned into a months-long nightmare. I dropped off the artwork in December. It wasn’t ready until April—an absurd delay for something that was promised in a much shorter timeframe. When I finally picked it up, the art had slipped off the matte, completely undermining the presentation and care I expected. Reluctantly, I returned it for correction. I was assured they would fix it properly this time—not with adhesive, but with an “invisible string” to keep it in place without damaging it. Sounds great in theory. In reality? They slapped on double-sided adhesive tape and sent it back again—still not secured, and still not right. There is no invisible string. There is no care. There is no accountability. Just sloppy, inconsistent work and a lot of empty promises. It is infuriating to spend time on what should be a treasured piece, only to be met with this level of negligence. If you value your artwork or your time, do not use Framebridge. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had.
