    Abbey K and Kelly G were great to work with at the Southport Framebridge. I love my new frames. I thought the pricing was great. I highly recommend going to Framebridge!

    The team at Framebridge did a fantastic job framing my movie poster. Not only was the final result outstanding, the design and consultation process was very enjoyable as well. I would recommend Framebridge to anyone, especially if they go in person to the Southport Chicago location.

    Ariel was so kind and helpful! I stopped in for a quick pickup, and she was warm, welcoming, and excited for me to see the piece—it looks fantastic. Such a great experience that actually makes me want to shop in-store instead of online (which is rare)!

    This was an excellent experience in every way. Pricing is clear and comprehensive, most importantly, your aesthetic taste, and guidance in framing and matting was very much appreciated. The results were first class for a coach price. I’ll be back!

    Updating: While there were some challenging delays in the framing of my art, and a bit of lack of communication, ultimately Ogi, Ariel and the team really worked hard to ensure my issues were resolved regarding my pieces as soon as they could. I appreciate the commitment to customer service from the team. While originally very hopeful for this store, I quickly became shocked by the service, quality and lack of communication. I dropped of a set of two watercolor pieces I had gotten in France over the summer. It took over 2 months to get the art back. They originally said 2-3 weeks, I started to genuinely worry that my art had been lost. My final piece of art is MIA. Ive been calling weekly for the past 3 months, and keep trying to ask what is going on. They said it was "framed incorrectly" and needed to be sent back a few times to be reworked. Still awaiting full situation resolution
