  I really wanted to like this framing company, but after three separate attempts, each order had to be sent back due to issues — wrong sizing, chipped corners, or other flaws. It’s been nearly three months, and what should have been a simple framing job turned into a long, frustrating process. To be clear, Xavier at the store has been fantastic — professional, patient, and always trying to make things right. But it’s clear the company has serious quality control issues at the production level. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer-facing team deserves better support from their operations side. I will update this after the frames come back the fourth time.

  The service was exceptional. Two trainee sales agents and I think the owner/manager helped me choose what I wanted. They suggested different frames and how I could hide an imperfection on a certificate. They took pictures and simulated what the final product would look like. Pickup was ready within 2 weeks, as promised. They opened the box up and showed it to me to make sure I was happy. They even attached temporary handles to my big box, so that I could carry it easily. Additionally, the price was very fair. This will be my go-to place for all my framing needs in the future.
