  So pleased with our experience at Framebridge and the assistance we received from Steven! This was my second piece from Framebridge, but my first created in store. Steven was patient and engaging while we considered every framing option in the store (just about) and helped us visualize the final product. He has a great eye and asked great questions to help us achieve our vision for our framed piece. They estimated 2 weeks and our framed piece was ready in 10 days. Would 100% recommend Framebridge and the Center City location - ask for Steven!

  I have had several peices framed at this location and have always worked with Chris. Chris is the BEST! He has an unbelievable artistic eye and I always go with his mat/frame suggestions as he has excellent taste. Chris makes it a breeze! Additionally, their turnaround time is always speedy and the quality is top notch. Highly suggest stopping in the next time you need something framed, as it really is quite fun! :)

  I wanted to decorate my new home with art, but I had no idea what frames to choose. The team at Framebridge went above and beyond to guide me through the process, offering thoughtful suggestions I never would have considered on my own. Their expertise made everything so easy and enjoyable. On top of that, I even received the cutest swag bag — such a nice surprise! When my framed pieces arrived, they were absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the results. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I already know I’ll be back next month to frame more artwork. Highly recommend!

  I stopped into the store after previously having a great online experience with Framebridge - particularly their customer service. Chris was amazing - he was able to pull up my previous order so I could look at frames that would match, he was patient when I had a hard time deciding and his recommendations for frame style and matting were spot on. I had irreplaceable vintage photos framed and was never nervous about them being out of my hands. All the staff at the 18th Street store are kind and friendly with great ability to remember their customers. I am so happy with the final product ☺️
