  This place is absolutely a disgrace. There manager and team in the office are the most disrespectful people I have ever talked to.they do not care about any residents whatsoever. I suffered there during the summer months during multiple heat waves with my dogs. Air conditioning broke at the beginning of May and was never fixed, never responded to my emails or phone calls, just left me and my dogs there to suffer in the apartment which was 90 degrees inside for most days. Had no choice but to pack up and move to another apartment because me and my dogs were getting sick from the excessive heat inside there.then they had the nerve to sue me for past rent, now I have to pay them thousands of dollars for suffering in that hell hole for 3 months. Nobody cares about the non rich people in this country, not foxrun or our government. Please if you read this do not rent from these people, your better off living on the streets in a cardboard box. The management team there should not be allowed to salt fries at a fast food restaurant, certainly not be allowed to oversee the quality of how people there are living.

  Since we have new owners, they are revamping this place. Cleaning up painting the buildings putting in new furnaces and air conditioners. There’s somebody actually in the office when you go over and you call they answer cutting down a lot of dead trees every day. There’s people out here doing a lot of work. It’s about time and starting to look like a nice place again.

  New owners are very understanding , kind and empathetic people. Jim the district manager is a very very good dude. They are completely revamping the property, total overhaul making everything new and nice again. Everyone's HVAC is being fixed, maintenance got all new work vehicles and are getting what seems like all work orders done for people. Solomon really screwed a lot of people for years from what I heard , Merion the new owners are not like that at all. Couldn't be happier with my apartment and how I've been treated so far. Big thanks again to Jim for being a stand up guy, all of the women in the office and maintenance , if merion corporate happens to read this give that man a raise!

  THIS PLACE IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER RENTED IN MY LIFE…. the management sucks lack of communication no problem solving skills we have been tormented and tortured almost 8 months of living here since day 1 it was a issue apartments weren’t cleaned as promised carpets were stained and gross apartment next door was filled with trash which brought bugs and a NASTY SMELL new apartment building I moved into had black mold under kitchen sink leaks till this day and black mold was all inside the dish washer still in there now kitchen stove has only 2 burners that work half ass cheap counters a literally chipping and falling apart walls and Sheetrock are horribly patched tub is still backed up and fills with nasty water and they have the audacity to charge the amount the do ….sent in multiple maintenance request and all got denied there more worried about lease violation people over lies from nasty arrogant neighbors that hide in bushes recording you while you sitting outside people Solomon & Solomon was absolutely horrible & the new company that bought them out is absolutely terrible

  Showed up the day my lease started with my kids and things packed. Was told they didn’t have a unit for me. Showed me another one said oh it’s cheaper and bigger you can move in by Friday. I was there. With my things. Utilities started in our apartment. Ready to move in. Had to take my kids, two of them twins under 1 for hours while they finalized the lease. It was so rushed I didn’t get to think about a thing. Central air never worked, lights that don’t work, broken toilet seats, yard they said they’d maintain and clean the day we moved and never did, just.. awful. Put in a maintenance request..the property sold the next week. Put in more requests with the new owners. They set an appointment then didn’t show up. Cleaned the home rearranged naps etc to accommodate. No call no show…. Then weeks later maintenance LET THEMSELVES INTO MY HOME without any notice or permission, in fact I deliberately asked for them to contact me first in the request. I was about to get in the shower and my kids were napping. Needing a light fixture does not grant blanket access to my apartment for weeks or months. I went to the office and they told me to leave because I was upset. They said they could do that because I put in a request (literally two month prior was the first request and none were emergency) Then maintenance wrote to me and said that they would not be entering my home to fix anything because they tried and I didn’t accommodate them. They said it has to be fixed at my own expense. So yeah. It did get sold but it’s not better. Y’all wanna see my yard? 🤣
