  Please don't do it. Working with them and their lender has been the absolute worst. They have thoroughly ruined this experience for me. Update - had this home for 2 weeks and there is water in basement.

  Bought a wonderful Coronado Home in September. The staff was very accommodating and gave us great deals. The whole process was simple and very nice. The actual quality on these homes is very nicely constructed and attention to detail is great. Should you find any discrepancies in your home, the onsite Supervisor gets them corrected right away. Definitely recommend this builder! Update: lived here for nearly a year now and found several issues with the home and the warranty service they provide. We never had our 30 day check in, and when making a warranty claim, they tell me they are short staffed and behind. Its 11 months in and we finally get our “30 day” check. They build these homes as fast as they can so they can turn profit. Many of our wall’s are crooked and attention to detail is gone. Our bathroom sink is crooked, our vents are crooked, our power outlets are crooked, kitchen cabinets are damaged and have many missing paint spots. There is a lot of exterior stains (blood, mud and dirt). The sod has big gaps, dead spots and very uneven and bumpy surfaces. We have floor board separation and gaps, the quarter round was only caulked at some spots and our bathroom grout is falling apart. The water in the area is EXTREMELY HARD, definitely install a water softener asap….
