Highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle to do so with Gerardo Saavedra. He is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He made our purchase hassle free. No gimmicks and answered all our questions straightforward. We will certainly be buying our next vehicle with him again.

This is the worst communication with a business that I've ever experienced. If they're not going to get money out of it, forget it. I brought my new vehicle in for a service a few weeks ago and opted to do the car wash at the end. Coincidentally, tiny scratches were noticed on the taillights after the car wash. I called multiple times and also left voicemails to get some answers, even with a manager and received no replies whatsoever. I also communicated about the issue through their online chat system and received an email stating someone would follow up with me. That never happened. I finally brought the car back in person and asked to speak with a service person. He claimed the scratches came from cats! At best, he said he would speak with the manager and they would let me know about a specific polish I could use to dull the scratches. As I anticipated, I never heard any further feedback or offer to help in any way. The fact is, these people don't communicate and don't follow up unless there are big bucks in it for them. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future.

I would give it a 0 star if I could, First time buyer and no signer, I was already expecting to pay a lot more in interest but tell me why was the interest double, if not triple the amount of the car value, they were trying to make me sign $500 for 72 months for a 2019 Nissian Altima that had chips on the rims and rattled when I took it to test drive, I was basically going to pay the same amount as a 2025 truck for a Nissan Altima!!! Some dude walked in and tried making it seem like it was a good deal and said it’s to build your credit, I said yeah but 35k for a car on its last days??? He ended up saying looks like you don’t need a car then and yeah bro I don’t I just walked in just to test drive every car there available. I understand yall have to make profit but cmon 35k for a cheap broken down Altima. If yall go, watch out for Brenda specially and the dude that walked in, she already scammed two of my family members, my brother paying twice the amount value for a Camry 2023, I don’t know why I even wasted time looking into this place. And for bro that walked in, he was trying to make it seem it was a good deal, get the heck out. Don’t recommend at all

Paid around $750 at Fox Toyota El Paso in December 2013 to replace my Tacoma’s carrier bearing. I recently found out they installed an aftermarket OE Precision bearing from O’Reilly’s, not an actual OEM Toyota part, yet they charged me as if it was genuine OEM. I was never informed that a cheap aftermarket part would be used. To make things worse, the original Toyota bearing lasted 12 years, while the aftermarket Chinese bearing failed after only 2 years. Now I’m stuck paying again to fix what should’ve been done right the first time. Thanks, Fox Toyota, for proving that “dealer service” doesn’t always mean quality or honesty.

I wasn’t able to get his last name but there’s a car salesman by the name of Arturo and he was the WORST. When we first got there his phone started ringing which is no problem but then he started going on about how it’s his toxic ex and how she can’t move on and blah blah and this should’ve been our first sign to leave then we were asking him questions about the different styles and all he kept telling us is “ this one’s just nicer” or he kept pointing out stupid things like one had more lights or the other had a bigger screen but wouldn’t tell us anything more than that. Then I had gotten up to go the restroom (second time during our visit as if it should even matter) and he had the nerve to tell my sister “ I think your sister is pregnant because she pees a lot”. My sister got so mad but she held her tongue because she was doing me the favor of coming with me to look for my first car. Then a little bit later he asked me for my social and I told I didn’t want my credit ran just yet I wanted some estimates first, and his entire demeanor changed and kept insisting for my social and I kept saying no. Finally he said “how can I give you an estimate if you won’t give me your social” and I told him because you don’t need my social to give me estimates and he told me “I feel like I’ve treated you guys pretty good today and deserve your money but if you want to go get a number somewhere else go ahead then you can call me then I can beat those numbers” and again we asked “so you’re not even going to give any numbers” to which again he said “ go look somewhere else then tell me their prices then I’ll give you a number”. At that point we said very well we’ll leave then, and we got up and walked ourselves out while he stayed at his desk staring us down.
