These guys do not care about safety. A driver pulling heavy equipment ran a stop sign and almost killed me. The driver blamed me. The company didn’t seem to care when I called. Avoid this place at all costs. That are simply bad people.

These guys are GREAT to work with.
I used them on a wetland project infested with some invasive plants. After 2 years of spring and fall work, comprising 4 half day visits, the site took on a park like quality. The DEQ sent me a "Thank You Letter".
I am glad I took their advice on what to do, how to do it and when to do it.
Frequently Asked Questions About Fox Erosion Control & Landscape Inc
What is hydro seeding?

Our company, Fox Erosion Control & Landscape Inc., offers professional hydro seeding services as a cost-effective alternative to sod installation. What is the difference between hydroseeding and sod?
Hydroseeding and sod are two distinct methods for establishing lawns. Hydroseeding involves applying a mixture of seed, mulch, fertilizer, and water to the soil, promoting quick and even grass growth. It is a cost-effective solution, particularly suitable for larger areas. Sod, conversely, consists of pre-grown grass cut into rolls and installed directly onto prepared soil, providing an instant lawn. While sod offers immediate results, it typically comes at a higher cost and requires more initial maintenance. At Fox Erosion Control & Landscape Inc., we can assist you in selecting the most appropriate option based on your specific requirements and budget constraints.
How do I maintain a hydroseeded yard?
Maintaining a hydroseeded yard requires specific care to ensure robust growth. Key maintenance practices include: consistent watering, especially during the initial weeks; delaying mowing until the grass reaches 3-4 inches in height; applying balanced fertilizer after grass establishment; implementing gentle weed control methods once the grass is mature; and minimizing foot traffic during the early growth stages. For more tailored maintenance advice, Fox Erosion Control & Landscape Inc. is available to provide guidance based on your yard's specific needs.
