  First impressions matter…..I had never serviced my 4runner at Fowler Toyota before..but since it was close to my work and I needed some routine maintenance before a business trip. I figured, why not…how hard could a brake job and oil change be? Turns out, really hard. I was greeted promptly and I thought the I was in good hands. Unfortunately, that’s just a show. Upon arriving home and looking over their work… I was left shocked. My vehicle had multiple caps in the engine bay undone, leaking fluids throughout my engine block and driveway. I wish that was it, but my brakes were incredibly loud after they worked on them and goodness knows what I’ll find out they did wrong with my car next. Long story short, don’t bother going here for service. I reached out to them for a resolution and was left utterly disappointed.

  Excellent service advisor, fast service with no pressure tactics. Sound advice and I appreciate the common sense approach she used when giving me options.

  I purchased the vehicle, they told me the car has no accident, however, the rear door lose the original paint, left side higher than right side, The screw is worn and there are traces of disassembly, they told me they will mail my garage opener back to me, until now I still not get it after they said they mail for three weeks.

  We love Fowler Toyota (31st & Sheridan area, Tulsa, OK) and our salesperson, Scott McCollum is the best ever! He was very patient, helpful and thorough!!! Everyone at Fowler is great but especially Scott McCollum! We purchased a 2025 Corolla Hybrid LE.

  Bought a Grand Highlander from Fowler. Two months later w 2000 miles on vehicle had a flat. Went to tire shop who said tire was defective and separating. Called Fowler service and was told would have to bring tire in ( I live 1 1/2 hr away). Bought new tire so I could drive to Tulsa and took tire and receipt to Fowler. Zac in service told me he would try for refund or new tire. Called later and said they would do nothing but I could have defective tire back. Gee thanks! No service after the sale!!! Buy from someone else
