  Such a gem! This boutique hotel totally exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, the room is much cuter than I anticipated, and the location is perfect — super central and convenient for all the tourist spots. Would absolutely stay here again!

  We had bad check out experience – lady stood at the door with foot inside (!) forcing us to pack faster when we were totally fine to pay extra for late check out☹️ Everything except this was good and I can recommend for that price. Hope management will notice my comment and no one will have such an issue anyway. It’s noisy in that area, bring earplugs.

  If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. I travel frequently for work and pleasure both in US and abroad. Over 25 years NEVER had an issue until this weird place. The woman at the front desk was barely holding it together. She was so angry and condescending it was shocking. When I questioned her poor attitude she just got even more angry and defensive, started to accuse me of being "belligerent " because I asked basic questions. (Like about the $200 deposit that was not disclosed upon booking) Finally she tossed me my driver license and told me to go stay elsewhere if I didn't like it. No I don't like this BS and I HAPPILY DID go elsewhere. As soon as I walked into the new hotel I was immediately greeted with a smile and checked in with no trouble whatsoever. What a difference! If you are used to good customer service AVOID THIS PLACE. For the price there are so many better options out there.

  L'hotel è in una buona posizione, situato in una zona dalla quale si può partire per visitare la città, abbastanza comodamente.Le camere sono un po' in vecchio stile e abbastanza piccole . Avevamo due letti giganti ma quasi nessun punto dove appoggiare la valigia se non nel ripostiglio, a terra. Il bagno è dimensionato correttamente ma anche questo un po' vecchio; c'è la vasca e non la doccia.. in generale la struttura non è proprio carina diciamo con tutta sincerità. Resta comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo in zona

  Enjoyable stay for those seeking value on their stay. Service staff was some of the best I have seen. -no vending but offer fancy coffee machine at no cost. Older hotel but kept expectationally clean. Homeless encampments on Larkin so maybe avoid, though the French Space or Jane on Larkin are both worth the trouble. I have enclosed photos of my stay…
