  Wonderful Pet Hospital! My Kiwi is at ease when arriving, during her checkup, and at the time of her departure which is always a good sign for a pet parent.   The last two times I've been there were absolutely ridiculous. They told me my kitten had a condition with no cure and that he was going to die. Told me there was no specific test for the condition. They called back days later and said that they could do a test (the one that didn't exist) for $300. Had to go to another vet to figure out the problem. After proper treatment he's fine now.

  This was my 3rd visit to this Vet. In Feb 2025 ( last visit) they recommended in 3 months to return for next visit. I asked for a appointment and recieved on for may 24th 8am ( today) I arrived on time and attempted to check in... was informed I had co appointment.. I said I had one.. right now. Was told I had to make one.. and they were booked up for a week or so.. my opinion.. staff don't do their job.. if they can't do appointments in computer how can I think they keep my pets records correctly? Yes I am pissed..
