  I had my first furnace service with FoCo Heating & Air today and was very pleased with the service and manner of my technician, Hunter. He arrived on the early side of the schedule window, and completed the service in a timely manner. He talked me through the service after, and what I’d been quoted, and then explained that I could save money by signing up for an annual plan. The plan includes the annual services for our furnace and air conditioner, as well as a discount for any repairs needed and a discount for new purchases we may want. I also liked that I had the option to either pay annually or monthly. The monthly cost is only a little over $20, which feels very affordable for our budget. Also, he says they reach out to schedule the annual services, which is awesome for very forgetful new homeowners like myself and my husband! I’m looking forward to working with this company in the coming years. Thanks y’all!

  Juan, Fabian, and Luke were a fantastic team for our heat pump, furnace, and water heater installation. They had excellent communication throughout the process, kept the home clean, and walked us through the process to operate the thermostat. Their attention to detail, ensuring everything was done to our standards (tying back wires, etc.), made it a great experience. Highly recommend their service and the Bryant/Bradford White equipment.

  I am very happy with Bryce, Luke, Aaron, Adam , Evan and Caesar who worked on the installation of my split system heating and AC. They were all very professional and took time to go over what and how they were going to do the install. Evan was helpful in discussing an alternative to running the tubing and electrical to my system. Did not have to go through the roof. Very glad. They also took care to install protective foot ware when working inside.

  I recently had my furnace and air conditioner replaced with a heat pump system. Chris did an excellent job reviewing the options for purchase with me and reviewed all rebate options with me making it easy to make a decision on equipment. Juan and Fabian did an excellent job installing. They were neat and professional. Zach did a great job getting the wiring to the thermostat adjusted and working. Kevin finished off the work with the QA process to get everything dialed in for efficiency. All work passed city inspection. Thanks to the entire team for excellent service.

  I am very satisfied with our new heat-pump furnace and air conditioning system from Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning. Lucas and Evan did an excellent job installing the new system. They we on-time and professional during the installation, always keeping us informed during the process. They were clean and respectful of our home. They even worked extra time the first of two days to make sure we had heat from the new furnace during the night. Lucas was especially helpful in explaining the system and safety features to us, as well as helping us set up the new smart thermostat. Overall, it was a positive experience to have a professional team installing our new system.
