  I highly recommend Mark Scarlato. I went through 3 lawyers and wasted 3 1/2 years before I found Mark. I was referred to Mark from one of his client that also raved about him. Mark was the only lawyer that worked to resolve my problem as all the others only delayed and padded their bill. Mark is solution driven, efficient and attentive. I wish I had found Mark and Fornaro Law from the start as it would have saved me years of aggravation and tens of thousands of dollars.   A resourceful lawfirm! In the time I’ve known Phil and his team, I’ve come to think very highly of them. Fornaro law is one of the few law firms in the country with a futuristic outlook. They are not afraid to explore new industries like blockchain and bring value to their clients in unconventional ways. I am a huge fan of Fornaro law’s strategic partnership and networking program. It is designed to connect clients and sometimes non-clients, with the right professional across the US. The most important outcome of this is that, any entrepreneur who enters Fornaro law is fully taken care of from all aspects. They don’t have to waste their valuable time in finding the right professional and/or navigating through complicated accounting, tax and other issues. Instead, they can focus on the business idea because Fornaro law connects them with the right professional. This is a remarkable effort by Phil and the team and a win-win scenario for everybody involved. I have helped several of Phil's clients with tax and accounting needs.   John Heneghan and Habib did an excellent job on my 5 closings in 2019. Both are very detail oriented and were very efficient with my time. A few of the commercial real estate closing may not have been completed successfully with your average legal team. Fornaro Law is a cut above the rest!
