  I had some issues with my flooring and called to see what could be done to repair it. Trying to get a returned call took 2 months. Customer service is nonexistent. When someone finally came to fix after 4 months, they damaged it and never mentioned the mistake. Only when I was scrubbing the residue they left on the floor did I discover the small divot they created. Please save yourself the money and supreme dissatisfaction. RUN to any other flooring business. They won't care!

  We decided to tile our newly built sunroom. We were undecided on what to put as our tile and met Everett at the North Myrtle Beach store. He was wonderful in assisting us with colors and styles. He kept us up-to-date through the entire process. We felt like he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. The installation was done within a very quick time after deciding on the material. We were amazed as this was right before the Holidays. The installer of the tile was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and did an amazing job. It looks amazing and we will definitely ask them to do any future projects that involve tile! Highly recommend this company for any tile needs.

  Forever Floor and Tile installed LVP throughout our entire house (minus the bedrooms) and we couldn’t be more pleased!! Jen helped me pick out the LVP and was extremely patient with me as I took home sample after sample. She totally understands the financial commitment and is incredibly knowledgeable about the products. The installers were very timely, professional, and neat. They did a fantastic job! Our experience was so great that we are having our master done this week. Thank you so much Forever Floors!!
