  Very disappointed, I have been bringing my pets here for 10 years and the last two times they have come back to me with injuries that the resort was either not aware of or had no explanation for! I don't know what is going on here anymore but there is NO concern for the pets or ownership being taken. You are paying for the care and well-being of your animals and that is NOT what is being offered. Sincerely, I would elsewhere for a business that cares for your pets.

  My dog had a great time there. My only complaints are 1. It smelled when I walked in and 2. I had to wait about 5-19 minutes for my dog after paying my bill and having scheduled a pick up time. I also got no report on her stay there, but I think that was just an accident. I also don’t like that they charge $5 for a photo of your pet while they are there. Those are minor things though, my dog was happy when I picked her up, they had all of her belongings, her bedding was freshly laundered, and she had a bath and they cut her nails, and put this beautiful tri-colored pink, orange, and yellow bandana on her that I still haven’t taken off three weeks later. They also walk your dog 3 times a day, no matter where you choose to board your dog, for free, which I really liked. I did have my dog in full day doggie day care while she was there for 5 days, and I really like that they separate larger dogs from smaller dogs. They said she fit right in and had a great time. Overall, I think its a great place for your animal, for boarding or doggie day care, and the prices are good for what you animal gets during their stay. I would highly recommend.

  Fantastic people and an overall wonderful boarding experience. My dogs are fairly high needs and they handled them so well and they were happy to work with them. Their luxury rooms are amazing and provide an awesome experience for my pups. I would recommend this place to anyone that is worried about boarding. I didn't have a single concern leaving my dogs with them. Thank you so much for taking amazing care of Cleo and Annabel!
