- SRSun RouxOct 20, 20215.0Jana took a huge chunk of time out of her day to talk me through supplements and food for my dog with severe food, skin and environmental allergies. She suggested lots of ways for me to do my own research, as well as provided her own wealth of knowledge on things to try. Despite her recommending products from her store (obviously) I NEVER felt pressured to buy any of it, and I was able to choose what I wanted to try and could afford at the time without feeling any sort of heat for "not buying enough" or anything like that. I was definitely a very very needy customer when I came in, and she met me with patience and kindness, and I cannot thank her enough for her help. I wish I could conclude this review by saying that our dog did get better with the Chinese medicine, raw diet and supplements, but unfortunately that was not the case. Of course I don't blame the store or Jana for this, she did the absolute best she could without getting her hands on the dog itself, he just had a very very severe case. We will definitely be back.

She just researched a dog food brand for me when I had some questions about some changes they were making. She sent me an email with all the info. No one at a big box store or a hardware store would do this! She knows my pups and knows their needs. When one was having trouble post surgery, she had just the thing to get him nourished and start him eating normally again. This is the place to go for your dog or cat's needs to get the very best along with personalized service.
