Took my Brother Embrodery machine because I could not get the tension right. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease leaving my machine. I'm from out of town and someone else picked the machine up. They had a note with the machine explaining what they did to fix. When I got the machine back it worked great. Cost was much lower than I expected. They will always be my go to place when my machines need repairs or replacing.

I took a class on the stripology ruler. I thought I would be overwhelmed but the instructor was wonderful and I actually understood what she was talking about. I am planning on taking another class with her for another stripology lesson. The instructor's name was Susan Blair.

I had a sudden problem with my machine and had to bring it in for service, planning to leave it for two weeks. I was greeted with a smile and a quick check to see what the problem was. I left with a new needle and a working machine! I'm so happy! My machine will need service soon and I know where I'll be going! Thank you Fonders!
