The owner is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC systems and has a lot of experience, which showed. He was involved in the project at every stage. We got other estimates, which were both much higher cost and did not have as many good suggestions as Fogg did. I highly recommend them for HVAC purchase and installation.

He was very complete in assessing the system and then explained everything very completely so I understood what was assessed, what he did and any recommendations he made. He was very polite and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid for asking them. I would highly recommend the FOGG services to anyone needing a routine maintenance service. Stanley responded quickly to my initial call and when I decided on replacement, he kept me apprised daily in the few days until installation. The crew installed the new units and thermostats in one day and left without any trace that they'd been there - a good thing! Stanley stopped by several times to check on progress and throughout the process, he was always available by phone to answer my questions. The office team was great to work with as well, helping with things like inspection scheduling and rebates. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and I'm enjoying the cool air.
