  Dylan, showed up on time via the tracker info provided by the text received. He was informative, discussed details related to my system, was pleasant and not rushed. Fogel has been maintaining my system since installation. The service will have a significant increase which is the only reason I may not continue services.

  Had my HVAC serviced today and I’m super happy with how it went! The techs showed up right on time, were super friendly, They checked everything, cleaned it up, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. Highly recommend if you want honest, reliable service!

  Our service tech (Randy) arrived on time for the maintenance check of the HVAC system. Cleaned and changed the filters and explained the service he provided. Also answered all my questions and was very professional, we could tell he has a favorable approach to his job. Thank you.

  Randy was great . Very knowledgeable. He educated us on some things to be mindful of. Very pleased with his service We have had this service since 2020 on our brand new house and pay the yearly service For the twice a year check ups and a quick response if we ever have any issues so far we are good

  This was my the second of my scheduled twice a year Ac and furnace, and air filtering systems originally installed by Fogel services almost 5 years ago. Randy L. was my service rep today and he was great. This was my first time having him and I was impressed. He asked if I had any concerns or questions, explained everything he had checked, answered my questions, made sure lites in attic were off, and put the attic steps back up in ceiling. I will definitely request Randy for my future service - even if I have to wait a few days for him to have an opening in his schedule. Thank you Randy L.
