The technician that came out to do a maintenance on my AC system broke my air conditioner. He took it apart when he want supposed to, didn't put it back together correctly and hours later, the whole system didn't work because he put it back together incorrectly and crossed the wires. He lied to me and said he found a problem when he actually created the problem. Said I needed a part when it was working fine before he touched it! It's a brand new system!
I do not recommend this company!

Closed on my new home the end of June. First time calling Fogel afterhours and I experienced the worst customer service anyone could ever get. I understand being the on call dispatcher can be frustrated when your on call and your getting multiple calls but to treat a customer that you did the install for through MUNGO homes with no care and to blatantly hang up in my face is unacceptable whatsoever. I spoke with someone by the name of Sierra who was very rude and expected me to understand what a “work in” meant. She should not be a representative of the company being the front line as customer service satisfaction goes a long way as well as word of mouth. I asked for her name multiple times because of how rude she was and yelling and she finally gave it to me after I asked 3+ times for it. I requested the general manager to give me a call and asked for his name which she refused. I have 3 small children and it’s 80+ degrees upstairs and have no faith in the company who installed this new unit through Mungo. I will also be speaking with Mungo regarding the relationship they have with Fogel. I will be expecting to hear back from general manager/owner and request for them to listen to the call so they know how poor the customer service was. HIGHLY UPSET. Regardless of an interaction , you should never hang up in the customer face. I never once used profanity or belittled her at all during the call
UPDATE: The service manager SEAN called me first thing this morning on 7/29 and apologized for the experience I had. It was very genuine and he made me feel like a valued customer! BEN was the service technician that came out and got everything taken care of! I appreciate both of these gentleman! They provided outstanding services and gave me reassurance that they care about their customers. Google wouldn’t allow me to put another review up for the same company but if I could I would give both you guys a 5 star!
