  Went in early July to beat the rush, staff is quite rude and impatient, just try to shuffle you around and not knowledgeable. Does not understand their sizes and how the measurement correlate. Ended up having to order online because they had nothing available. They sent wrong shirts for the wrong school, told me they were shipping 4 new shirts, didn’t ship for 8 days. Wouldn’t hold shirts so I could get at least one for the first day of school. Phone CS rep was about as helpful as a box of rocks. Couldn’t even provide a tracking number for shirts she said they shipped, wouldn’t call local store to check availability or to hold one for me. Absolute worst customer service!!! Terrible experience from the start.

  The quality of the merchandise isn’t the best and quite disappointing for the outrageous high prices. The polo shirts fade so fast and start looking old and ragged , the plaid skirts gather so much lint that every week I’m having to remove it, and the fleece jackets the black around the bottom of the sleeves falls apart! Do better especially when you guys are charging an arm and leg for these products! Up the quality
