- NMNile MahmoodAug 18, 20252.0Had a receipt for 2 shirts that were ordered to be delivered at the store. 2 young girls looked online at my account and disappeared inside the storage place to never return. I waited 30 minutes and then asked another associate to please check in on those girls and my order. An older associate comes out and asks the same information only to realize that the ships haven’t arrived yet and that they didn’t need any information. I stood 30 minutes for no reason. This is the case with Flynn O Hara - always too crowded and not enough attention to detail. Everyone’s rushed- ! No one has time to explain things - God forbid if we don’t know it first hand.

- JCJoe CAug 14, 20251.0It is always something eith this company. Went to exchange an online order that was place for smaller skirts. I had to have the skirts returned to the original payment and then had to put more money out to buy the new ones, even though it was an even exchange. Prior to this in-store experience we have ordered her winter uniform and the Jumper was not shipped with her school crest ironed/sewed on. We then had to have the crest individually mailed so that we had to do Flynn O'Hara's job. This has happened on 2 separate occasions. It is a shame that this is company has monopolized the school uniform market for the surrounding area. Always something with this subpar company.
