Older lady was rude, not friendly and didn't explain return process. Didn't check inventory to see if replacement was available. Very pricy overall.

I ordered a school blazer for my daughter that was sold as having a patch embroidered, but it arrived with the patch unattached. I called to ask about it and was told to bring the blazer and patch to the Raleigh store, where it would be embroidered on-site. I drove 3 hours and 20 minutes round trip based on that assurance, only to be told in person that embroidery was never offered in-store. I lost time, half a tank of gas, and my only day off, all because I trusted the information I was given. This was a hurtful experience. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend going to Choi’s Sewing in Fayetteville. They were able to fix it.

Julia was fantastic in answering questions and customer service. We had to outfit 2 students and the sizing and options for them went very smoothly. Thank you Julia, we would ask for her again.

While at Flynn Ohara, Elizabeth was fabulous, friendly and attentive. She jumped to pull several sizes that my daughter needed to try on to get a proper fitting shirt and skirt. I will gladly ask for Elizabeth the next time I visit the store.
