- ABA BSep 26, 20252.0Older lady was rude, not friendly and didn't explain return process. Didn't check inventory to see if replacement was available. Very pricy overall.
- JMJoanna MirandaSep 8, 20252.0I ordered a school blazer for my daughter that was sold as having a patch embroidered, but it arrived with the patch unattached. I called to ask about it and was told to bring the blazer and patch to the Raleigh store, where it would be embroidered on-site. I drove 3 hours and 20 minutes round trip based on that assurance, only to be told in person that embroidery was never offered in-store. I lost time, half a tank of gas, and my only day off, all because I trusted the information I was given. This was a hurtful experience. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend going to Choi’s Sewing in Fayetteville. They were able to fix it.
