  Ordered a carnitas plate. The description online did not match what was received. The picture and description doesn’t mention sour cream yet there was sour cream on a large amount of the plate. Refried black beans instead of pinto as pictured. A thick layer of black pepper on top of the pico. Carnitas were small chopped shreds again not as pictured or expected. Guac instead of the sliced avocado which again is their as pictured expectations. Guac has brown spots. Also ordered the spinach queso and was not expecting normal queso with a handful of fresh spinach leaves floating on top of their queso. Made the mistake of ordering Guac bc my fish didn’t include it in the description and the Guac in there had brown spots too. My partner said his meal was bland and was also surprised the refried black beans were included bc there is no indication that’s what it is. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and I feel like I wasted money and time bc I ended up just going to Publix after going out to pick up my order from flying burro and going home to discover that the food was not something I would have chosen nor paid for. Extremely disappointed.

  I told my kid about my meal, “it was good!” And he corrected me: “it was awesome, not good.” He loved his beef tacos, my husband loved his Spicy Señorita, and my Swiss enchiladas were delicious. The service was friendly and fast, and eating inside allowed us to enjoy the mural and the music. The bill was reasonable and we ate happily full.

  The Flying Burro never misses! We’ve become regulars because everything here hits the spot. The Birria Quesadilla is next-level — cheesy, crispy, and ridiculously good. The Chipotle Plate packs so much flavor it should come with a warning label. Every time we grab food from this little gem, we end up saying, “Why do we eat anywhere else?” 🌯🔥

  This is our new favorite restaurant in Viera! We happened upon it thinking it was another quick serve like Chipotle or Moe's, but we were shocked to find it is far superior to those places!!! Authentic homemade dishes and flavors, attentive and courteous staff, great atmosphere, fast service, and perfect for takeout! The staff even helped me out when I placed my mobile order at the wrong location (different owner) by mistake. They were lovely and helpful and I will be eating at Flying B Viera forever!!!!

  Flying Burro - Viera, FL 2348 Citadel Way #105, Melbourne, FL 32940 I was expecting a regular sit-down restaurant but this is a counter order style like a fast-food place. At any rate, I ordered the taco salad. I was delivered to my table in a reasonable time. I've never seen radishes in TS before. Or some of the other ingredients they put in. The beans were mashed up black beans, not traditional Mexican-style refried beans. Not pleasant to look at and not very tasty, either. The "ground beef" was a mush (technical term) and had a very unappealing mouth feel. It was not like you get at other Mex places like TB - it was a gooey mess. Not much on flavor, either. More "tips for nothing" jar on the counter and in the food bill, too. In general, I would not go back. I did not try any other foods but have had enough of the FB.
