  Fluette Heating and Air and did our install yesterday. Randy initially came out to assess our needs and our old (1902) house, and was extremely thorough, great communicator to my zillion questions, they sent out a guy the day before to verify the needed materials, and the crew who installed were super conscientious, good workers, friendly, and left everything perfectly tidy. I sent a pic to an HVAC friend and he said the install looked great. There was a minor issue with the breaker box (light/outlet disconnected that nobody knew was on that circuit) and they came out today and fixed it. Time will tell, but I'm very impressed with their work and service!

  Very pleased with the service I received. I called and received service the same day which is not always possible. My technician was wonderful (Alex, I think), if I only needed a battery he would have installed batteries. However, i did need a new thermostat. Finding a company that is honest and not trying to upsale is rare. I appreciate the pricing, the professionalism of the technician and the service time for the job. I have def saved the number for future needs. Thank You!!

  We’ve been customers of Fluette Heating and Air since at least 2016—possibly even earlier—and they have consistently delivered outstanding service. Randy, Alan, Miguel, and the entire crew are the epitome of professionalism: reliable, courteous, and attentive to detail. They always arrive on time (or give us clear estimates when they'll get here), wear booties when working inside, and communicate clearly about what they find during their service. We especially appreciate that they never push unnecessary repairs; instead, they provide detailed information so we can make informed decisions that fit our situation and budget. We've also enrolled in their twice-yearly maintenance program, which gives us peace of mind—especially as extreme weather makes HVAC reliability more important than ever. It's reassuring to know they’re keeping an eye on things. I highly recommend Fluette Heating and Air. It's clear they run a tight operation and prioritize hiring quality people. Kudos to them.
