  Subject: Appreciation for Outstanding Customer Recovery This past week, we traveled from Orlando to attend the funeral and memorial service for Bob Cummings Sr. During this emotional time, we chose Hattiesburg Florist to provide an arrangement on behalf of our family. She listened with care and concern, was sincerely apologetic, and took immediate action to make things right. Within two hours of our conversation, she had personally created a beautiful new arrangement and hand-delivered it to my Aunt Katherine. That kind of service, care, and accountability speaks volumes.
