  Excellent customer service from Kay. Kay went above and beyond to fulfill our order. Appreciate same day delivery. We will definitely use this florist moving forward. The flowers were beautiful and just like the photo online.

  I ordered flowers to be delivered to a Vegas church for a memorial service. I specified as many blue flowers as possible, since the deceased was a Stitch fan. I placed the order on a Sunday morning for a Saturday service. The flowers were sent to the Deceased's house ( I did not give them the address) and they were primarily white with one blue Hydrangea. I did not receive a delivery notice and when I called the florist on Saturday morning to see if they had been delivered I was told they were "probably" on the truck to be delivered. I'm wondering why I should pay when the wrong flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Several messages from the florist have offered to correct the problem but the event is over and no corrections can be made now. If ordering flowers from Coley do not use their online ordering system but call the shop instead.

  Not good experience. Wouldn’t suggest. Failed to listen to simple instructions. Karen went out of her way to try to make a house fire a better experience. Thank you for helping.
