I purposely chose a local florist because I’m always trying to support small businesses. The day they were supposed to be delivered has came and went, still no confirmation email that the flowers have been delivered. I have tried calling and can’t get in touch with anyone at the shop. I guess that’s $100+ just gone. If you’re looking for a reliable delivery service for flowers, I do not recommend this store!

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to her job but to my disappointment they were delivered at 6pm. Of course by that time she was gone for the day. Completely disappointing! I had to call Coley twice to be told that a manager would be calling me but only the call agent returned my call with and offered a paltry refund in comparison to what I paid. One star is too much.
