  A heartfelt thank you to Flowerama for going above and beyond with my mom’s 78th birthday plant arrangement. The arrangement was gorgeous and thoughtfully designed it is even more beautiful than I imagined. Your service and care made all the difference, and I’m so thankful! 🌷💖 This arrangement will also have latex balloons and a beautiful jar of cookies.

  We had the beautiful Citrus burst arrangement delivered to my mother following her surgery. It was delivered within a few hours after ordering and was delivered by someone with the most perfect name. Hopie is the name we called my mom’s mom and it just so happens to be by daughter’s name. The entire experience brought a much needed smile to my mother. Thank you!

  Flowerama has been my go-to for floral arrangements for years!! Accordingly this review is long overdue! If you are in the market for a beautiful floral arrangement and hesitant about the quality you would receive by ordering online - I know EXACTLY what you are feeling!!! BUT look no further!! Flowerama is your place!! Every recipient has always gushed about how beautiful the arrangements are and today, Mother-in-law day, is no exception! My mother-in-law loved them and could not stop smiling! What I especially love about Flowerama is they text me a picture of the arrangement before delivery! I know there are an overwhelming number of florists - as I had navigated through MANY before finding Flowerama - and I can HONESTLY say WITHOUT a doubt I found the ABSOLUTE BEST Florist in San Antonio! Whether shopping in store or online the customer service and support has always been on point! Look no further and give Flowerama a shot! You will not be disappointed!

  Here are the details...I ordered flowers to be delivered next day. I placed the order roughly at 4:00 pm and was surprised to receive a text with a photo of the completed arrangement within the hour I ordered. I thought... really great of them to send a photo and instill confidence to me as a customer. Next day...day of delivery and almost 3:00 pm and flowers not delivered. I call to inquire about the delivery and the answer I receive from the non-interested in my concern person who answered the phone was...yeah, they'll be delivered sometime this afternoon. The day is almost over...I order these flowers locally almost 24 hours ago??? I asked for a manager but apparently they leave right after 2:00 in the afternoon. So... good thing, the occasion was not time sensitive but it does concern me the order has been lingering for almost 24 HOURS. I'm not thinking "fresh" Not claiming to be an expert and might be standard practice...but today's not Mother's Day or Valentines Day. I know I've made many orders in the past with a much quicker turnaround. With so many more options...need to try harder Flowerama.

  I was sent flowers at work today from someone out of state. Unfortunately, I was out sick today and was not at work to accept them. The company called and arranged for them to be delivered to me personally, at my home. Hopie delivered them. She was extremely kind and patient with all of the obstacles she had in delivering the flowers. She is the best!! This company went above and beyond to help put smile on my face today and they were beyond successful!! I highly recommend them and we will most definitely be using them again. Customer service at it's finest!! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and smelled wonderful ♥️ Every interaction with this company today was top notch! Thank you Flowerama ❤️
