- JGJen GambinoOct 31, 20193.0Rachel took a really bad experience of a series of unfortunate events (with a misplaced order that a designer we used placed) and made it a bit better through pretty good customer service. The faucets are beautiful and really nice quality, which we really desired for the master. That said, they were a bit overpriced. We are hoping the bath redo will really be reflected in our home appraisal this week. We had 5 other baths to redo, and used amazon, overstock and wayfair. We are just as satisfied with the quality of those faucets. The designers mistake resulted in ~16 week delay and losses due to having to reschedule a plumber numerous times so we are glad Rachel did her best to make it right and help us get our master bath fully installed.
