  Monday the 25th, title company received notice of cancellation of real estate deal. Dalila asked for the address. It was emailed on reply thread that same day. Tuesday, asked for confirmation that the check was sent out and the excuses started. Excuses continued until Thursday when Delilah sent me a copy of the FedEx label. Friday, no response from Dalila about the check and if it had been sent. Friday afternoon, I asked my daughter to go to their office. Dalila told her she didn’t get the FedEx check in the mail till after Pick up on Friday. Now it is the Labor Day weekend so they will continue earning interest on my $50,000 check and maybe I will see it on Tuesday???

  Wonderful experience working with this company. They worked with us on our closing and kept us informed step by step along the way. We had a delay and they were able to adjust the closing for us. We were remote for 3 people on the deed and it came off without a hitch. Diana and her team were very professional and explained everything along the whole process. Would highly recommend!!
