  Amazing people. 30 years in business for a reason. Owner Jay was more knowledgeable than any person I have ever met. I own multiple buildings with elevators and he was honest, timely and professional.

  Florida Elevator has been an exceptional company to work with since our relationship began 8 to 10 years ago. All the technicians are knowledgeable and conscientious workers. They respond quickly when we called and address all questions we have. They come monthly and the owner Jay has worked hard to keep cost down and this year will not be raising any rates.   Every time I call, I get dispatch/operator. Why can I not talk to some one from the actual location? I have called 3 times for the same issue with no resolve. No one will call back, come out, nothing. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
