  Was at a home for a board meeting when the ac went out due to poor service from this company and the tech came to fix it and left without saying a word. Terrible service.

  Extremely disappointed. We had a gathering of various board members of various networking groups (including the chamber) within the community to help put together a Halloween event for the community when a member of your business came out to fix the AC. Instead of finding a fix, he simply pushed the blame to the homeowner, claiming they called or texted. To which he merely asked when, and showed him his call history, including Voicemail history, because he does not delete any call history. The guy had no answer, and when the homeowner came down to continue helping the group while the tech worked, he packed up his things, leaving the AC disassembled and not working... He then left without a single word to anybody. When the homeowner went to call the company again after realizing the tech had just left with no word, his number was blocked. He then used another's cell phone to call and got through right away. Did another tech come out? No. Did the homeowner get a response to the issue? No. They simply said "He left??" I would not recommend this company to any of my clients, nor will any of the pillars in our community who were there to bear witness.

  AVOID THIS COMPANY. Tech came in for a maintenance emergency that was due to a leak in my ceiling from the past rep who came out and “fixed” it 6 months ago. The new tech was trying to argue with me about it, which had nothing to do with him because it was a different person last time, so I’m not even sure why he was upset to begin with… I just asked him to fix it tonight and would deal with the office the next day. THE TECH TOOK APART MY UNIT AND SHUT THE WHOLE SYSTEM OFF, THEN PACKED HIS BAG AND LEFT MY HOUSE WITHOUT SAYING A WORD, LEAVING ME WITH NO AC AND WATER FLOWING INTO MY CEILING FROM MY SECOND FLOOR AT 9 PM AT NIGHT. I called the office and they claimed the owner would reach out and now I’m getting an answering service. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other many amazing HVAC companies in the area - stay away from Florida Comfort!!!

  Had our bi- annual service for AC unit today. As always Tommy's was prompt and very professional .Our Tech Jason was very knowledgeable and thorough when answering questions. Very happy with service by Florida Comfort Air( Tommy's).

  No call, no show after almost 4 hours of waiting. I called back and told her if he's not gonna be here shortly, I needed to call someone else. She promised a call back in 40 minutes, but never bothered. If you truly cared about your customers or your reputation, you could've at least given us the courtesy call so we had a better chance of finding someone else on a Saturday evening. Terrible way to run a business.
