  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with FLOOR! I recently bought some flooring from them and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The quality is excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to Dawn Clark—she was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great floors and great service ! 👏

  I received quotes from Patrick regarding doing a loft and stairs. We decided to only do the loft due to the price. We were in constant communication for 2 weeks while I moved. Then all of a sudden Patrick ghosted me when we were about to pay and blocked my number. I have no idea why. I even left a voice mail for the owner Paolo. Heard nothing back. Horrible business ethics. If they didn’t want my business because it wasn’t a large enough job, they should have just said so instead of playing games. What a waste of time.
