  Bryan and team from the Flooring Factory did a wonderful job. They were prompt and responsive on the estimate, the selection of colors and design and installation. Our new walkway is a work of craftsmanship. Wish I could include a photo.

  As first-time homebuyers new to the area and currently living out of state while we renovate our 1960s home, we could not have asked for a better experience than working with Flooring Factory. They were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process easy, even though much of our communication had to happen remotely or through a family member. It was never a problem for them, and they made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. From the initial consultation to handling change orders, everything was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. We hired them to refinish and install our original hardwood floors, and the results are absolutely stunning. The quality and attention to detail make it worth every penny. Bryan was knowledgeable and patient during the consultation, helping us understand our options and feel at ease. Monica was fantastic at coordinating everything, handling the schedule, answering our questions, and making sure we were kept in the loop. Vandar was wonderful, making sure the installation was flawless and that we were happy with every detail. The photos attached show the floors before the quarter-round and trim were installed by their team. We’re so grateful to have found such a trustworthy, hardworking company. If you are looking for a team that delivers beautiful craftsmanship and outstanding customer service, Flooring Factory is the one to call. We’ll absolutely use them again for future projects.
