  John was very informative about the flooring. Julie worked hard helping us pick out our LVP flooring and it looks beautiful! They're upfront about all costs so there's no surprises. We just got the flooring June 18 so we will update in the future on durability.

  We had an amazing experience with Flooring Factory in Goose Creek. Julie and John spent a lot of time finding us exactly what we wanted. We had carpet installed in the upstairs and frog and LVP installed downstairs. The guys spent 2 1/2 days replacing subfloor and making everything level before laying the LVP. The installers took the time to ask how we wanted certain things and were great communicators. After it was completed, I felt that we got way more than we paid for. I would absolutely recommend this company for any carpet or flooring needs. Thanks again!

  We found the Flooring Factory when we were trying to match our Mannington hardwood floors. They did a wonderful job of tracking done the exact match. Everyone in this company from the designer, estimators, and installers were outstanding. We were so impressed with them from beginning to end. We can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend this family owned business!
