Lauri did a terrific job of helping me find the perfect carpet and had samples delivered to my home in record time. And both ladies were so helpful in resolving an installation issue with this same carpet that was actually caused by another contractor doing work in my home. I highly recommend Flooring Atlanta in Roswell and will be returning there for my next home project.

We needed to replace the carpet on a set of stairs and she went above and beyond to find the perfect carpet. They came and installed it today and it is truly perfect! I walked in to see samples of a Coretec Pro Plus LVP product with a quote from a Dalton Ga company, $1000 less than she could offer me. Regardless of the position she was in, She fully supported my needs, answered questions, provided samples...... And in the end, I ordered a different shade than I walked into to buy, at a slightly higher cost than my Dalton Ga company quoted me, from Lauri, because of her support. Hats off to customer support, perseverance, and keeping in the fight till she won.

Their staff with Josh , Lauri and Gloria are extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Their team from Splendid Floor, Daniel and Felipe did an amazing job with the installation as well. I highly recommend Flooring Atlanta if you are looking for the best in flooring and home improvement.
