When we called, the receptionist immediately scheduled someone to come to our house. Dakota arrived and checked to make sure we needed to replace that part. He quickly replaced it, and checked to make sure our problem was resolved. We appreciate the quick service.

There is nothing worse than a service technician or salesperson who talks down to you like you aren't worth their time or like you don't know what you are talking about...Maybe I don't know what I am talking about, but the right thing to do is explain things with a respectful, humble attitude, and Brian did just that.
