  The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick. And friendly. He replaced a leaking water line, then gave the fridge a general cleaning for accumulated dust, inside and out. Apparently the best in town because they have a 10 day backlog. Good luck on the same day service. Maybe emergency service could be requested, I don't know. When my dryer broke a belt, I bought the part and fixed it myself. They have lots of parts, cheap. The people in the shop are highly experienced and friendly and will chit-chat about your problem and give suggestions. $125 seems pricey for a 10 day wait, but maybe good service and plenty of parts explains it. Plan ahead. Recommended.

  Had my Amana dryer serviced. A technician named Ron came out and serviced my dryer. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Issue was resolved then and there. Excellent service. Definitely will call again for my repair needs. Highly recommend Fletchers!
