  Victor, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did the necessary check up and then gave me all the pertinent information. I will definitely use them again.

  Update: I believe the AC installation was done efficiently but the customer service from the beginning was frustrating. Im a single female and relied on and trusted what they told me but I found it necessary to call multiple times because of misinformation. They tell you what you want to hear, then do something different, then another person will tell you something different. Im now waiting for the HERRS inspection which I had to call about. You would think after paying 9K they would follow up with that as it is part of the service. I gave them available dates but have not heard back. So now I have to call again. If I had to do this again, I would not use Fleetwell. The only thing I can positively say is Scott was an amazing front man.
