  I want to preface this review by stating that the staff such as Tony, Derek, Sam have five stars from me, as they are true professionals and this is not a reflection on them. Attn upper management - I have lived here since 2021 and prior to green home management taking over have really enjoyed living here. I resigned an 18 month lease last October and now I'm stuck but I will not be renewing my lease because of what has played out since I moved into my elite unit (very expensive move for a single income earner). I regret it daily. There are four pools at this complex. The pool by the office is picture perfect so they can show that pool to new tenant prospects but ALL THREE OTHER POOLS have been completely non operational for almost an entire year. Theres no communication, no accountability, just excuse after excuse (new filter coming, ordered, health department, pool service company, etc) The dog park is not usable or safe- fencing is broken, rusty, safety hazard. The two amenities that would make a $1700+ rent payment tolerable. They JUST DONT CARE. They (upper management) just takes the money and doesn't care about anything. And you can see the lack of leadership, accountability, and lack of concern pouring into long term loyal tenants and their staff. Terrible. Willing to update my review/reconsider my upcoming renewal once real changes are made. Zero stars for now.

  I love my new apartment! Everything is brand new! The manager is nice and friendly with me too!

  High rent for what it is. $1550 for an unrenovated 1bed. They keep raising the prices despite not updating any of the “amenities”.Stopped emailing pest control schedule in Feb 2025 and when I asked if they got rid of the service(we get roaches) I was told they changed companies and now it happens on a different day(was never informed about any pest control since Feb). And that now they don’t go inside the home to spray like before but they just come by and spray the outside door frames? Like that’s the only place bugs come in? Also she said that I can be put on a pest control list for someone to come inside. Again, why isn’t anyone telling us about this I have no idea. Never got any info about a change in pest control and if I wanted to be put on some list where they actually spray inside your home. Of course I want to be on the list considering I get charged for pest control but believe I haven’t received any in over a year(stopped seeing people enter my home). Pools almost always seem closed, gyms locked for some reason, and don’t get me started on the laundry facilities. The back facility has had a broken door for the longest time, never AC so it’s so hot in there with no ability to open those windows. Also was in there the other day and it looked and smelled like someone smeared literal shit on the walls. With the door being unlocked who knows what got in there and did that. And the resolution to that was just to rip out the section of that wall? The front facility always has washers that don’t work and a lot of the time it’s more than half of them. I call to ask why they’re always off and if they have people coming to fix it but I just get a “you’re the one supposed to call the number on the machine” EXCUSE ME?! I am NOT doing YOUR job! And I just went down there now, which is why I’m writing this out because I saw they installed TWO BRAND NEW VENDING MACHINES! I highly doubt the residents asked for these to be installed and if they did, I GUARANTEE it did NOT outweigh the number of people who I’m POSITIVE have begged for ALL the washing machines to be in actual working condition. Terrible management here, no accountability. We’ve been here 3 years and that’s the only reason our rent is “low”. If you’re looking for a new place I would not stay here for the $1700+ they’re listing them for. Edit: I see this place has 3.5 stars…I would not trust that only because there are reviews from residents who were offered money off rent if they left a good review.

  Poor management. Scheduled a tour and took work off and when I arrived there was nobody at the office and nobody was answering calls. Drove an hour to tour this property plus taking work off just to have no leasing agent here. From the start it looks to be poor management, can’t imagine how it is as a resident.

  Old units, roach problems, drainage problems as well I. This place is advertised as “renovated” but the windows are all old. No in unit washers, the sprinklers are mostly broken and just spray water on the ground. There’s sand on most of the side walks because the grass is so thin in a lot of areas. That sand will track into your apartment. We’ve been here paying $1450 for a poorly “renovated” tiny 1 bedroom apartment at the bottom of Saint Pete. I think this place should be torn down avoid at all costs
