  Was absolutely stranded with my trailer about 20 minutes off the highway and Richie Jr. was able to tell me “Drop it off to me and I got you” in no time Rich saved me and my pops with his quick and excellent service I recommend Rich and his shop to everyone, very nice very quick with his skill and will have you on the road back in no Time thank you again Rich for your quick and speedy skilled work to my trailer will definitely be back!!!!

  It was a great experience working with Richie. I brought the trailer in to have the wheel bearings pack. Richie went ahead and cleaned and adjusted to brakes as well. He is very easy to deal with, and extremely knowledgeable. I attached a photo of our camper, he even checked my tire pressure. Great service. Best of luck to you Richie and thanks again.

  I found Richi from the great reviews and I’m leaving this 5 star for TOP NOTCH work done for my band’s touring trailer. We had to have it towed here in the middle of the night. Got a hold of Richi in the morning and he was kind and professional. Installed a new hitch, helped get us out quickly and offered to grease the axle for free.

  Ritchie is the kind of person you meet once in a lifetime if you’re lucky. I had towing issues with a camper I bought and only Ritchie took the time to drive to my home and assess my issues when I couldn’t get more than lip service on the phone from others I called first. He had me come by his shop a few days later and his knowledge and expertise helped me at a time when I had started a job over my head, with his guidance he helped me when others refused to even look at my vehicle. Ritchie goes above and beyond, you can tell if you spend a few hours with him that all the customers who have been coming to him for THREE decades are like family to him. It’s like the old TV show Cheers if you hang around the shop. Ritchie shares his time and knowledge and is not there to sell you anything that you don’t need, he’s smart and capable, has a big network of resources and gets to your issue without fail. I highly recommend Ritchie for all things towing and trailer related and he’s a pretty awesome mechanic to boot- check out his Camaro if you want proof. If you never spoke to him before, give him a call, you won’t regret it.
