- CVCheyenne VaidichOct 14, 20255.0My van was rear ended on the freeway in St. Paul; I lucked out because it was the only one of 4 vehicles that didn’t get trailered away. It didn’t LOOK that horrible, but I knew it got hit hard and the rear bumper (and safety sensors) were toast, the lift gate didn’t close right, there was a small crack in the rear side panel, and who knew what was damaged underneath. Fix got my van in for repair within 2 days. They kept me updated daily, and called me to pick up my van 5 days later. The van was BEAUTIFUL! New bumper, lift gate, side panel…paint job was an identical match. Excellent detail job on the inside as well! I drove away happy, got about a mile away and all the sensors lit up again that they were off line. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I just called and left a message. Fix returned my call Monday morning and came to PICK UP the van within half an hour!!! They drove it to the shop that did the sensor calibration or whatever, got it fixed and returned it to me the same day! Now THAT is service that you don’t see very often any more! And they were all exceptionally pleasant to work with, and they love my dog—-so they’re obviously great people :) Beautiful repair job and great people to work with. ***** ++++++!
