The experience was fantastic and they came before I was even able to be home to see the incident myself as I was four hours away. I was very happy with them so I retained services for the rebuild. My basement was as good as new in two days! They put in my flooring perfectly, designed baseboards to my specifications, painted the color I asked for without me even having to check again or worry about it. New window looks great. Ombo and his team were respectful, clean, quick, and communicative, and it was nice to see them work so well together as they seem to enjoy each others company while doing so.

Their communication is absolutely terrible—slow, unclear, and often dismissive. There’s a total lack of accountability, and when you try to push for them to simply do the right thing, they either shift blame or talk in circles to avoid addressing the real issue. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t just a one-off situation. Looking through other 1-star reviews, it’s clear that this company has a consistent pattern of not following through or delivering on their promises. According to their own website: “Time has shown this unique ‘Speedee’ system provides results above and beyond the industry standard.” That claim couldn’t be further from the truth in my experience. I expected professionalism and reliability—and got neither.
